Delicious breakfast smoothie! I am not a huge breakfast person and I tend to just forget about feeding myself after i've feed everyone else so this recipe is perfect. It is super easy and yummy! The unsweetened almond milk adds a nice texture but doesn't make it too sweet like I feel orange juice or soy milk does sometimes. I love to make something healthy that takes very little time!
Add the yogurt to your blender, then toss in your frozen fruit along with the banana, pour the almond milk over it and blend for 1-2 minutes. Serve in a cute glass with a straw or a spill proof cup for the little ones!
